We've used Cucina many times, we know that it does take a while to receive a delivery, but we thought it was worth the wait as the food has always been really good. Sadly, this time the delivery spoilt it for us. We ordered our food at 5.40pm, app said it would be with us within the hour. We waited an hour and a half and phoned to see how long it would be, within fifteen minutes, we were told. Still didn't arrive, so we phoned again, we were told on its way... so should be approx ten minutes, nope, food arrived at 8pm, another 35 minutes. Two hours and twenty minutes is far too long to wait for the delivery, we weren't told why it took so long, but if there was a problem we should have been informed. At least then we could decide if we were prepared too wait that long for delivery. The food was still good, but your delivery times are sadly dreadful.

I never usually bother to leave reviews but this was laughably bad. Food was cheap, tasteless and the delivery took over 2 hours.

Homemade onion rings were rubbish frozen ones, undercooked, greasy and cold. Nutella/Oreo Calzone barely had any filling. Pizza was undercooked and soggy with grease. Delivery driver ignored directions on phone so was late.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered online at 18.00. Had a text saying out for delivery at 19.10. Called at 19.40 , was told they are busy but it was out with driver . Pizzas turned up at 20.05. This is the 2nd time delivery has been over hour and a half mid week so not even on a Saturday which u may understand. This is the last time we will ordering from here

Ordered at 17.36,said delivery would be estimated 18.26. Had to call at 18.55 to see where Ordered was told 5 10 minutes. Ordered came at 19.20. Was given a free bottle of coke. Feel cucina is not what it was

Pizza was tasteless and covered in pepper. Not using fresh pizza bases makes the bases hard and very difficult to eat. Mozzarella sticks were suspiciously like the ones from Iceland, as were the chips. Overall not impressed.
